E.L.F. TERMINAL B(EAUTY)
As part of my capstone project during my internship at e.l.f. Cosmetics, I led a cross-functional team of five spanning Design, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Global Insights to concept and develop a global brand activation. Our goal was to explore small-scale international expansion while building visibility and excitement around e.l.f. in new markets.
We developed E.L.F. B(eauty) — a vending machine experience placed in airports across Mexico City, Dubai, and Seoul. Each machine offered skincare kits tailored to travelers’ needs, along with exclusive, location-specific limited edition products only available at that airport.
Our project was further selected to be presented to the company’s CFO and CEO.
